Hello the custom fields has to be added in a new JSP file. and it will be outside the box of the product menu. For example if you press CRTL+G  on the page to be customized you will see the jsp file controlling that page.

Login into WAS in the jsp path you will see the jsp file. Please create a new custom jsp with empty script in custom path, then your code to create new fields will be in this custom jsp.

this custom jsp must be thesame name as product jsp

There are also many ways to do this, for me i feel the easiest way is to pick the product javaScript source code from Finbranch and place it in the custom folder where you can modify and add your own block of code for the required field.

This will give you the opportunity of deciding where you want your field to be. However, you will be required to do a custom mapping so that the system can refer the custom folder for the modified JavaScript file. It’s That simple.  Hope this Clarifies

Let me know if further clarification is required on this…
